Hi from Cyprus

i have a feeling my isp has been compramised as I get Swedish adverts on my Google and on here it seems the same as I have mail From Swedish ladies only( not complaining but just about speak my native tongue ) how do I change this on here without losing those lovely scandinavian ladies of course .I reside in Cyprus and assumed I had an Cypriot  ISP .. beware I am not technical or PC aware so very plain language please .. thanks in advance Ron
