Adding to favourites

It means they want to put you in the bullpen until they exhaust every other opportunity.....

I have often wondered about that.  They are putting us in the Q...holding a place in case they want to come back and contact us.  I think they do this as they are browsing.  Maybe what happens is they come across someone who they are more interested in..

I don't pay  it much attention..winks seem more promising.
